Conferences directions for delegates and sponsors
State Weeds and Pests Conference 24th and 25th September Registrations close Friday 19 September
WMSSA will host a South Australian Weeds and Pests Conference, Bringing South Australia Together, September 24th and 25th 2025 at the University of Adelaide North Terrace. Instructions for all delegates, speakers, and sponsors below!
The Adelaide University North Terrace Campus can be accessed from Frome Road and Victoria Drive, as well as North Terrace.
The Weeds and Pest Animals Conference will be held the ‘Ingkarni Wardii Atrium’, with prestation hosted in nearby lecture theatres The Atrium will have the poster boards for poster presentations; a registration desk, to register and pick up your name badge, and all of our wonderful sponsors with display tables; and the all important catering area where tea, coffee, morning and afternoon tea, and lunch will be served. The Atrrium is a great central location, allowing for networking and further learning. Presentations will delivered in the Braggs and Horace Lamb lecture theatres, with Keynotes held in the Braggs lecture theatre.
Delegates. Meet at 8am at the Ingkarni Wardii Atrium for tea and coffee ready for a fun packed day!

Sponsors: Arrive around 7 am via Gate 6, Frome Road entrance. You can unload in the loading zone near the atrium. Please set up in the Ingkarni Wardii Atrium. Tables are provided for all Sponsors. Committee members will be on hand to help.
Parking for all: Park off campus along Victoria Drive or nearby (parking fees may apply). There is no parking on the University of Adelaide North Campus. Alternatively arrive by public transport.
